Billets au format numérique

Tickets are mobile and will be sent to the email address on file with F1® Experiences from ticketing@f1experiences.com with the email subject: “IMPORTANT - Your tickets to the FORMULA 1 BELGIAN GRAND PRIX 2025” starting on Monday 14 July*.

*Ticket delivery is not guaranteed on this date. Please allow several days for tickets to be delivered via email.

• Tous les titulaires de forfaits Champions Club | Eau Rouge devront présenter leur billet d'accès libre pour accéder à la section réservée dans la tribune Gold 5.
• Les détenteurs de forfaits Ardennes Club | Gold devront présenter leur billet d'accès au placement libre pour accéder à la section réservée de la tribune Gold 2.
• Nous vous conseillons de télécharger les billets sur un appareil mobile avant votre arrivée au circuit, ou d'en faire une capture d'écran. Le Wi-Fi peut s'avérer indisponible au circuit.
• Il relève de la responsabilité du client de consulter les conditions d'utilisation indiquées sur le billet.

Orders that include a physical item and are paid in full by Sunday, 6 July will ship to the mailing address on file via DHL. The latest expected delivery date is Monday 21 July.

Dans l'éventualité où il est prévu qu'un client autre que l'acheteur de la commande vienne la récupérer, veuillez suivre les étapes ci-dessous :

Note: Guests who purchased a hotel through F1® Experiences will have their package delivered to the front desk of their hotel by the morning of Thursday, 24 July.

Guests with access to the Thursday Night Experience who are plan to drive to Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps for your evening activities can request a pass to park onsite.

Guests will be issues one (1) parking pass for every four (4) adults). Upon completion of this form, you will be sent a parking pass via email. You must print the pass before arriving to the circuit and present your F1® Experiences credential when parking.

Champions Club Parking

Access: Champions Club parking will be located in P1 and will open daily at 05:30. Guests will receive a digital PDF parking pass via email. This pass must be printed and displayed on the windshield upon arrival.

For an optimal journey, we recommend the following:

1. Entrez « P1 VIP Belgian GP » sur l'appli Waze pour avoir le meilleur trajet jusqu'au circuit.
2. Prenez la sortie d'autoroute 10 bis – Cronchamps.
3. Suivez les panneaux bleus « VIP P1 » sur le chemin.

Note: The Police and stewards will be on site to assist you and, if necessary, inform you of any changes. Guests must print and display the parking pass on the windshield.

Ardennes Club Parking

Ardennes Club parking will be located in Blue Area P20 and will also be sent as a digital PDF pass via email by EOD Friday, July 18. 

Please note: Parking passes are exclusive to their corresponding hospitality packages and cannot be used with any other package type.

Shuttle Service (Champions Club/ Ardennes Club packages only)

Shuttles will be available in your designated parking lot and will be marked with “Shuttle VIP” signage. These shuttles will transport you directly to the Support Paddock.

Access: Guests must present their digital PDF pass to board the vehicle.

Shuttle Schedule:

• Vendredi 25 juillet : 8 h – 20 h 30 | 20 h 30 – 2 h 30*
• Samedi 26 juillet : 8 h – 20 h 30 | 20 h 30 – 2 h 30*
• Dimanche 27 juillet : 8 h – 20 h 30 | 20 h 30 – 02 h 30*

*Limited number of shuttles operating during this time.

Note: Shuttles are available to all guests holding a digital ticket for Champions Club Eau Rouge, Business Tower, or Ardennes Club. Guests are responsible for getting themselves to the designated shuttle station either by walking or using the contracted P1 parking.

Directions:

• As you arrive at Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps, please follow the signs for F1 Paddock Club™. Expect heavy traffic at both exits and follow the directions of traffic staff.
• Once you reach Parking P14, dedicated shuttles will take you to the F1 Paddock Club™ entrance.

Parking Hours:

• Open from 07:00 to 20:00 each day.

Taxi

• Location: The taxi drop-off and pick-up point is next to the Media Accreditation Centre (MAC).
• Address: Rue de Spa 192–194, 4970 Stavelot

Upon arrival, please ask the MAC staff to call a dedicated F1 Paddock Club™ shuttle to Parking P14 / Paddock Club™.

Weather: Temperatures should range from around 23°C (74°F) during the day to 12°C (54°F) at night. The weather is changeable, so while there is potential for hot, sunny weather, there is also a very high chance of rainfall. Pack accordingly and check the weather forecast daily!

Eating: Located in the heart of Spa’s town centre, L’Auberge is a charming restaurant within the L’Auberge hotel. Styled like a French brasserie, the restaurant serves classic French cuisine.

Activity: Set in the ancient and lush Ardennes Forest, Forestia Animal Park offers an up-close look at local wildlife such as bears, wolves, and deer.

Museum: Musée de la Lessive reveals the overlooked world of 19th-century washerwomen. Through engaging exhibits, learn how laundry was cleaned in public washhouses.
