Below is a list of physical items guests may receive in their package with F1® Experiences. Please review the Official Ticket Package section under “Experience Details”  to confirm which items guests will receive.

Packages Set to Ship:

Orders that include a physical item and are paid in full by Tuesday, 11th March, will ship to the mailing address on file via DHL. The latest expected delivery date is Friday, 28th March.

  • 現地での受け取りをリクエストしました
  • 注文は3月11日火曜日以降に全額支払われました

代理受け取りのお客様 :

ご注文者以外のお客様が受け取りを予定している場合は、以下の手順に従ってください：

  • 購入者は、F1® Experiences に登録されている電子メール アドレスから ticketing@f1experiences.com に電子メールを送信する必要があります。
  • メールには、購入者のフルネーム、代理のお客様のフルネームが記載されている必要があり、購入者が代理のお客様受け取りを許可していることが明記されている必要があります。
  • 現地で受け取るお客様のフルネームは、写真付き身分証明書と一致している必要があります。
  • 代理のお客様は、物理的なパッケージアイテムがリリースされる前に、写真付きの身分証明書を持参して提示する必要があります。

Tickets are mobile and will be sent to the email address on file with F1® Experiences from ticketing@f1experiences.com starting on Friday, 21st March*.

*Ticket delivery is not guaranteed on this date. Please allow several days for tickets to be delivered via email. 

Orders Paid by Sunday, 16th March: 

  • Tickets will be emailed by Friday, 21st March.

Orders Paid On/After Sunday, 16th March:

  • Tickets will be emailed upon completion of payment. 

Ticketing Information:

  • Tickets are emailed as one (1) PDF per package for the entirety of the race weekend.
  • We recommend downloading the tickets to a mobile device before arriving at the circuit or taking a screenshot, as Wi-Fi may not be available at the circuit.

Champions Club Parking: Passes are physical and must be collected on-site. Click above under the "F1® Experiences Ticket Office" section to view the location and hours for collection.

Getting to the Circuit

  • 鈴鹿サーキットは三重県の半田園地帯の工業地帯に位置しており、白子駅が最適な乗り継ぎ駅です。

電車・バスでの鈴鹿サーキットへのアクセス方法については、こちらをクリックしてください。

Note: If you are traveling to the circuit for the whole race weekend, we recommend buying the 5-day Kintetsu Rail Pass, which will cover all your trips throughout the weekend.

サーキットを離れる

  • 列車に乗るには長い列が予想されます。レース当日は、すべてのお客様が下車するまで、サーキットを出るまでに最大2～3時間お待ちいただく場合があります。時刻表についてはここをクリックしてください。時刻表は変更される場合があります。

Currency: Japanese Yen (JPY). Japan remains a largely cash-based society, but not all Japanese ATMs accept foreign cards.  

Language:  Japanese can be a challenge for foreign visitors as English is not widely spoken. (Download the Waygo app, which uses your smartphone’s camera function to capture images of Japanese words and kanji, and then instantly displays a translation)

電源ソケット: 米国や中国と同じ A 型と B 型。日本では他の地域よりも電圧が低いため、特定の電化製品には電圧アダプターが必要になる場合もあります。

サーキットへの行き方

鈴鹿サーキットは三重県の半田園地帯の工業地帯にあります。

電車やバスで鈴鹿サーキットにアクセスする方法の詳細については、ここをクリックしてご覧ください。

注: レース週末期間中ずっとサーキットに旅行する場合は、週末中のすべての旅行をカバーする 5 日間の 近鉄レールパス を購入することをお勧めします。

名古屋駅からの列車: 白子駅までの片道の所要時間は 1 時間弱で、グランプリの週末には定期便があります。詳細については、こちらをクリックしてください。

白子駅行きの特急列車は1時間に2本運行しています。1本は直通で、もう1本は津駅で乗り換えが必要です。ご旅行予定日の少なくとも1日前までに、座席を購入して予約する必要があります。乗車時間は約100分です。詳細については、こちらをクリックしてください。

白子駅から鈴鹿へ: シャトルバスの英語の標識に従ってください。シャトルバスの所要時間は鈴鹿サーキットまでの 5 km で、所要時間は約 15 分、料金は往復 1 日あたり 10 ドル未満です。

サーキットを離れる: 電車の場合は長い行れるを考慮しておきましょう。レース当日は、お客様全員が出発するためにサーキットを出るまでに 2 ～ 3 時間ほど待つことがあります。スケジュールについては こちらをクリックしてください。スケジュールは常に変更される可能性があります。

鈴鹿サーキット最寄りの空港は セントレア中部国際空港 (NGO)です。名古屋近郊にあり国内線、アジア地方線、長距離国際線が就航しています。中部国際空港から人気の直行便は東京、ソウル、バンコク、上海、香港、アブダビ、フランクフルト行きの便があります。また日本の国際ハブ空港であるT東京成田国際空港 (NRT)または大阪の関西空港 (KIX) ではより多くの航空会社の国際線が発着しています。成田空港または関西国際空港から鈴鹿までは、国内便（例えば成田発セントレア行きの便）、新幹線、バスなどで移動できます。

チャンピオンズ クラブまたはフォーミュラ1 パドック クラブ™ に行ける場合は、グランドスタンドよりも「それらしく見える」ためにより多くの努力をする必要があります。男性は長ズボンにシャツやポロシャツ、女性はワンピースやスカート、パンツといったスマートカジュアルな服装がおすすめです。 チャンピオンズクラブおよび フォーミュラ1 パドッククラブ™ は、ジョギング スーツ、ショーツ、ビーチウェアの着用を禁止しています。

多くのベンダーやショップでは、クレジットカード、デビットカード、SuicaやPayPayなどのモバイル決済システムを含むキャッシュレス決済が利用できます。

3 歳以上のお子様はチケットが必要です。お子様は常に大人の監督下にあります。

First Aid Stations are available at multiple locations around the circuit. If you or someone near you requires immediate assistance, contact the nearest staff member or dial the emergency number provided at the circuit.

Eating: The main circuit restaurant is called Center House. There are also several local eateries like Fujigaoka and Matoba. Those in search of more options will likely need to travel to either Kyoto or Nagoya.

Activity: The Suzuka Circuit Motopia theme park is a driving-themed park that offers a plethora of rides, a waterpark and the iconic Ferris wheel.

Shopping: Aeon Mall is a shopping center for those looking for some unique local flair. The mall features a food court and restaurants, an arcade/bowling alley and more.
