Mobile Tickets 

Tickets will be sent to the email address on file with F1® Experiences from noreply@ticketmaster.com starting on Friday, 2 October. 

Note: Ticket delivery is not guaranteed on this date. Please allow several days for tickets to be delivered via email. 

Orders Paid by Wednesday, 23 September:  

  • Tickets will be emailed starting on the date listed above.  

Orders Paid On/After Wednesday, 23 September: 

  • Tickets will be emailed upon completion of payment.  

How to Access Tickets: 

Please follow the instructions below:  

  1. Open the email containing the ticket. 
  2. Click the “Accept Tickets” button. 
  3. Follow the instructions to log into your Ticketmaster account using the same email address the tickets were sent to. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one using the “Sign Up” button. 
  4. After logging in, your tickets will appear in your account. 
  5. Click on your ticket to use. 

Ticketing Information: 

  • Tickets are sent as one (1) email per daily ticket. 
  • Printouts and screenshots will not be accepted at entry.   
  • We recommend downloading the tickets to a mobile device before arriving at the circuit. Wi-Fi may not be available at the circuit.   
  • Guests are responsible for referring to the terms and conditions listed on the ticket.

Orders that include a physical item and are paid in full by Sunday, 20 September, will ship to the mailing address on file. The latest expected delivery date is Friday, 16 October.

Directions:

As you approach Circuit of The Americas, please follow the signs for the “F1 Paddock Club™” and LOT A. Our dedicated shuttles will drive you from the dedicated F1 Paddock Club™ car and coach parking to the F1 Paddock Club™ entrance.

Please make sure you wear your F1 Paddock Club™ pass and use the correct parking sticker for the day of the event:

  • Friday: Orange
  • Saturday: Green
  • Sunday: Yellow

Taxi:

  • Taxis are available at McAngus Lot. The F1 Paddock Club™ shuttle will transfer you from here to the F1 Paddock Club™ main entrance and back.

Bag Policy: Bags must be no larger than 12x12x20 inches.

Entry Gates: The entry gates will be located at the Main Grandstand, Grand Plaza, Turn 1, Turn 3, Turn 6, Turn 11, and Premium RV.

Rideshare: Rideshare services will operate out of the McAngus parking lot. A complimentary tram will be available to transport guests from McAngus to the Grand Plaza. To ensure a smooth transit experience, rideshare vehicles will not be allowed on COTA Blvd during race weekends.

Visa Information: Click here for important Visa information if you are traveling from outside of the United States. 

Health: If you are traveling from outside the United States, do not forget to buy comprehensive travel insurance before your departure, as emergency medical treatment can be very expensive. 

Currency: United States dollar ($USD). Credit and debit cards are also widely accepted, but it’s good to carry some cash on hand in case of emergencies. Note that additional tax is applied in many purchases, and a 15-20% tip is expected in most bars and restaurants.  

Power Sockets: The United States uses types A and B, so be sure to pack an adapter or voltage converter if you are traveling from outside the USA, Mexico, or Canada. 

Weather: For the United States Grand Prix™, temperatures should range from around 30°C (86°F) during the day to 17°C (63°F) at night. Storms and rain are not uncommon for this time of the year, so pack your wet weather gear just in case.  

Getting to the Circuit: A COTA Shuttle will be available from Downtown. Click here for details on purchasing tickets. You can also take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to the circuit. If you plan to drive, make sure you have a valid parking pass, as access to COTA Blvd is restricted without one. 

Dining: Experience world-famous Texas BBQ and brisket at Franklin Barbecue, but be prepared to wait in line at this popular spot. For a taste of Austin’s renowned food truck scene, visit Arbor Food Park on E. 12th Street, where you’ll find a variety of local food vendors. 

Nightlife: Witness Austin’s famous nightlife on Sixth Street, home to a variety of bars, restaurants, and live music venues in the “Live Music Capital of the World.” For a unique night out, visit Pete’s Dueling Piano Bar, where pianists go head-to-head while playing a variety of hits.  

Outdoors: For those looking to escape the city, McKinney Falls State Park is your perfect getaway. Located only six miles from downtown Austin, this nearly 750-acre park features numerous opportunities for camping, swimming, hiking, as well as historical sites. 

Theme Park: Be among the first to visit COTALAND, the brand-new theme park at Circuit of The Americas.

How to get to the Circuit

Google Maps: Circuit of The Americas

F1® Experiences Transportation: Booked accommodation along with your Official Ticket Package from F1® Experiences? Daily transfers to and from the circuit can be added to your Official Ticket Package for an additional cost.

COTA Shuttle from Downtown: Shuttle bus services are available from Downtown (Waterloo Park), Northeast Austin (Travis County Expo Center) and Southwest Austin (Barton Creek Square Mall). Details about shuttle bus services will be available closer to race weekend.

Ride Sharing & Taxi: COTA Blvd will be restricted to permitted vehicles and buses only. Similarly, rideshare (Uber, Lyft, etc) services will operate out of the McAngus parking lot. A complimentary tram will be available to transport guests from McAngus to the Grand Plaza. To ensure a successful transit experience, rideshare vehicles will not be permitted on COTA Blvd during race weekends.

Driving: Get to COTA via the SH130 toll road, which can be accessed from downtown Austin by taking the I-35 south to Highway 71 East. Please note that vehicles without a valid parking pass will be unable to access COTA Blvd during the course of the U.S. Grand Prix.

General FAQs

Seating

  • The Circuit offers accessible seating in grandstands at Main Grandstand, Turn 12, and Turn 15.
  • Guests must have the appropriate ticket and companion ticket(s) to access these seats. ADA tickets can be purchased on our website or by calling (512) 655-6300 prior to race weekend
  • If you are not able to access your ticket location once on-site, please contact COTA at (512) 301-6600 or visit one of the box office locations (Grand Plaza or Main Grandstand).

Parking and Transportation

  • Accessible parking spots are located in Lots A, C, D, and H and are reserved for those with a valid parking placard. These spots will be available on a first-come, first served basis.
  • Guests will need to purchase a parking pass for these dedicated lots and bring their valid parking placard in order to access the accessible spots.
  • Accessible shuttles will be running from all lots and can be requested by texting COTA to 69050.
  • ADA Accessible Golf Carts are also available for guests who require assistance on-site. These can be requested at the ADA tents next to the shuttle stops.

Children aged 3 years and older will require a ticket, regardless of whether they have general admission or reserved seating.

Austin has one international airport, Austin–Bergstrom (AUS), which is located around 8km (5 miles) southeast of the city’s downtown core in the direction of Circuit of The Americas. Austin-Bergstrom serves mainly domestic routes, including 34 connections from Southwest Airlines, but also has some international arrivals from Europe, Canada and Mexico. For a better selection of long-haul flights, international visitors should consider flying into one of the larger Texas hubs; George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston (IAH) or Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW).

If you have access to trackside hospitality in the Champions Club or Formula 1 Paddock Club™, smart casual dress is recommended: long pants and a shirt or polo shirt for men and a dress, skirt or pants for women. Jogging suits, shorts and beach attire are not recommended attire for trackside hospitality suites.

  • One 20oz factory sealed water bottle per guest
  • Personal camera equipment (e.q. digital cameras, detachable lenses, point-and-click digital cameras)
  • Note that tripods, bipods, and monopods will not be permitted.
  • Portable, collapsible chairs
  • Sunscreen (plastic bottle only, no aerosol cans)
  • Umbrellas (small, hand-held style)

  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Animals or pets (exception for service animals)
  • Bags larger than 12x12x20 inches
  • Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, skates, Segways, golf carts, or other unauthorized means of transportation
  • Coolers, thermoses, or ice chests
  • Metal water bottles
  • Drones
  • Food and beverages
  • Fireworks, explosives, flares, or other incendiary devices
  • Glass containers of any kind
  • Illegal substances
  • E-liquid or vape juice
  • Items that may be deemed a safety hazard or annoyance to participants or guests (i.e. balls, Frisbees, balloons, projectiles, horns, radios, bells, whistles, musical instruments, laser pointers, etc.)
  • Non-collapsible chairs
  • Tents or canopies
  • Unauthorized promotional or commercial material
  • Weapons of any kind, including but not limited to guns, knives, pepper spray, handcuffs, and nightsticks

Please note: Circuit of The Americas reserves the right to modify the List of Prohibited Items at any time, without prior notice, in order to maintain a safe and secure environment during the Formula 1® Msc Cruises United States Grand Prix 2026.

Guests who leave the venue and intend to return must scan their tickets at the gates before exiting. Upon re-entry, guests will undergo another security screening.

Smoking and the use of electronic smoking devices is strictly prohibited in all indoor or covered facilities, restrooms, and grandstand seating areas. Smoking and vaping will only be allowed in authorized areas that are 15 feet from an entrance or openable window of an enclosed area.
