Additional details about grandstand tickets will be provided closer to the event.

Credentials and other physical elements will ship via DHL with an expected delivery of at least 10 days before the event unless onsite pick up is requested. However, items may be switched to onsite pick up depending on when our team receives tickets from the circuit. If your purchase includes a physical item, we will provide more information regarding the distribution of your package closer to the event.

Alternative Pick-Up Guest:

In the instance that a guest other than the purchaser of the order is planning to pick up, please follow the steps below:

  • The purchaser must send an email from the email address on file with F1® Experiences to ticketing@f1experiences.com.
  • The email must contain the purchaser’s full name, the alternative guest’s full name, and state that the purchaser is granting permission for the alternative guest to pick up.
  • The full name of the guest collecting onsite must match their photo ID.
  • The alternative guest must bring and show their photo ID before the physical package items are released.

Weather: Temperatures should range from around 23°C (74°F) during the day to 12°C (54°F) at night. The weather is changeable, so while there is potential for hot, sunny weather, there is also a very high chance of rainfall. Pack accordingly and check the weather forecast daily!

How to get to the Circuit

Google Maps: Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps

F1® Experiences Transportation: Booked accommodation along with your Official Ticket Package from F1® Experiences? Daily transfers to and from the circuit can be added to your Official Ticket Package for an additional cost.

Bus: Buses 294 and 395 run regularly on Friday and Saturday of race weekend from outside Verviers Central train station to Francorchamps, which is a 15 minute walk from the circuit gates at La Source. Tickets cost €3.50 each way. The 294 and 395 buses do not run on race day. Additional shuttle buses operate from outside Verviers Central train station to Francorchamps (Rue Du Sart) from 07:30-13:00 each day of race weekend, returning between 16:30-19:30.

Car: A hire car is the next best way to get to Spa-Francorchamps, provided you are patient with the inevitable traffic, which increases as the weekend progresses. Spa-Francorchamps is close to the E42 motorway and police control traffic flow on the narrow country lanes near the circuit on race weekend. Parking next to the circuit costs €20 per day.

Train: You can also take the train from nearby cities such as Liège, Aachen, Maastricht or Brussels. Buy a ticket for Verviers, the closest train station to the circuit. From there, bus 395 runs to the circuit on the hour and 40 minutes past the hour, from 07:40 on Grand Prix weekend. The journey time is normally around 45 minutes. The last bus from Spa-Francorchamps to Verviers train station is at 18:40 each day.

The largest international airport near Spa-Francorchamps is Brussels Airport (BRU: 87 miles or 140km to the west). Brussels South Charleroi Airport (CRL), which serves mainly discount carriers, is also worth considering for short European hops with carriers such as Ryanair.

Other regional airports near Spa-Francorchamps include Luxembourg Airport (LUX: 68 miles or 110km south of Spa), Cologne Bonn Airport (CGN: 87 miles or 140km to the east) and Dusseldorf Airport (DUS: 96 miles or 155km to the east).

Finally, don’t discount the following long-haul hubs: Amsterdam Schipol Airport (AMS: 177 miles or 285 km north), Frankfurt Airport (FRA: 186 miles or 300km to the east) and Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG: 250 miles or 400km to the west).

If you have access to the Champions Club or Formula 1 Paddock Club, smart casual dress is recommended; long pants and a shirt or polo shirt for men and a dress, skirt or pants for women. Jogging suits, shorts and beach attire are not recommended attire in the Champions Club or Formula 1 Paddock Club.

Prohibited items at Circuit of Spa-Francorchamps:

  • Drugs or narcotics
  • Glass products/articles
  • Any object (parasol, camera stand or cane) that can be considered dangerous for other visitors to the event by the surveillance services
  • Projectiles or explosives in solid, liquid or gaseous form
  • Flammable products or materials, aerosol cans
  • Pyrotechnic articles
  • Any weapon or dangerous object
  • Anything that can be used to disturb public order, endanger the safety of the crowd and/or damage property and people
  • Pets (guide dogs for the visually impaired are allowed, but the organisation must be informed)
  • Gas cylinders
