Digital Tickets

Tickets are mobile and will be sent to the email address on file with F1® Experiences from ticketing@f1experiences.com with the email subject: “IMPORTANT - Your tickets to the FORMULA 1 BELGIAN GRAND PRIX 2025” starting on Monday 14 July*.

*Ticket delivery is not guaranteed on this date. Please allow several days for tickets to be delivered via email.

Orders Paid by Sunday 13 July:

  • Tickets will begin sending by Monday 14 July.

Orders Paid On/After Monday 14 July:

  • Tickets will be emailed upon completion of payment.

Ticketing Information:

  • All daily tickets are sent in one (1) email. Please present the correct daily ticket upon arrival to the circuit.
  • Grandstand seating is reserved.
  • Champions Club 3-Days | Business Tower will receive a physical grandstand ticket upon arrival to the suite.
  • All Champions Club | Eau Rouge packages must present their General Access Ticket to access the reserved section in the Gold 5 Grandstand.
  • Ardennes Club | Gold packages must present their General Access Ticket to access the reserved section in the Gold 2 Grandstand.
  • We recommend downloading the tickets to a mobile device before arriving at the circuit or taking a screenshot. Wi-Fi may not be available at the circuit.
  • Guests are responsible for referring to the terms and conditions listed on the ticket.

Packages Set to Ship:

Orders that include a physical item and are paid in full by Sunday, 6 July will ship to the mailing address on file via DHL. The latest expected delivery date is Monday 21 July.

Packages Set for Pick Up:

Physical packages will be available for pick up in Belgium due to one of the following reasons:

  • Onsite pick up was requested
  • Order was paid in full after Sunday 6 July.
  • Order includes one of the following package types: Paddock Club 3-Days | Oracle Red Bull Racing Suite, Paddock Club 3-Days | BWT Alpine Formula One Club Suite, Paddock Club 3-Days | Stake F1 Team Kick Sauber Club Suite, Rising Stars | Gold 7.
  • Order includes one of the following package types and the mailing address is outside of the UK and EU: Legend 3-Days | F1 Experiences Suite, Paddock Club 3-Days | F1 Experiences Suite, Paddock Club Parking.
  • Mailing address is in one of the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Barbados, Chile, China, Columbia, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Mauritius, Mexico, New Zealand, Paraguay, Puerto Rico, South Africa, Taiwan, Ukraine.
  • PO box is in a country other than Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, or Qatar.

Note: Guests who purchased a hotel stay through F1® Experience will be able to collect their physical items from their hotel. More information will be provided the week of the event.

Alternative Pick Up Guest:

In the instance that a guest other than the purchaser of the order is planning to pick up, please follow the steps below:

  • The purchaser must send an email from the email address on file with F1® Experiences to ticketing@f1experiences.com.
  • The email must contain the purchaser’s full name, the alternative guest’s full name, and state that the purchaser is granting permission for the alternative guest to pick up.
  • The full name of the guest collecting onsite must match their photo ID.
  • The alternative guest must bring and show their photo ID before the physical package items are released.

Note: Guests who purchased a hotel through F1® Experiences will have their package delivered to the front desk of their hotel by the morning of Thursday, 24 July.

Thursday Night Experience Parking

Guests with access to the Thursday Night Experience who are plan to drive to Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps for your evening activities can request a pass to park onsite.

Guests will be issues one (1) parking pass for every four (4) adults). Upon completion of this form, you will be sent a parking pass via email. You must print the pass before arriving to the circuit and present your F1® Experiences credential when parking.

Champions Club Parking

Access: Champions Club parking will be located in P1 and will open daily at 05:30. Guests will receive a digital PDF parking pass via email. This pass must be printed and displayed on the windshield upon arrival.

For an optimal journey, we recommend the following:

  1. Enter “P1 VIP Belgian GP” in the Waze app for the best route to the circuit.
  2. Take highway exit 10 Bis – Cronchamps.
  3. Follow the blue “VIP P1” signage along the route.

Note: The Police and stewards will be on site to assist you and, if necessary, inform you of any changes. Guests must print and display the parking pass on the windshield.

Ardennes Club Parking

Ardennes Club parking will be located in Blue Area P20 and will also be sent as a digital PDF pass via email by EOD Friday, July 18. 

Please note: Parking passes are exclusive to their corresponding hospitality packages and cannot be used with any other package type.

Shuttle Service (Champions Club/ Ardennes Club packages only)

Shuttles will be available in your designated parking lot and will be marked with “Shuttle VIP” signage. These shuttles will transport you directly to the Support Paddock.

Access: Guests must present their digital PDF pass to board the vehicle.

Shuttle Schedule:

  • Friday, 25 July: 08:00–20:30 | 20:30–02:30*
  • Saturday, 26 July: 08:00–20:30 | 20:30–02:30*
  • Sunday, 27 July: 08:00–20:30 | 20:30–02:30*

*Limited number of shuttles operating during this time.

Note: Shuttles are available to all guests holding a digital ticket for Champions Club Eau Rouge, Business Tower, or Ardennes Club. Guests are responsible for getting themselves to the designated shuttle station either by walking or using the contracted P1 parking.

Weather: Temperatures should range from around 23°C (74°F) during the day to 12°C (54°F) at night. The weather is changeable, so while there is potential for hot, sunny weather, there is also a very high chance of rainfall. Pack accordingly and check the weather forecast daily!

Eating: Located in the heart of Spa’s town centre, L’Auberge is a charming restaurant within the L’Auberge hotel. Styled like a French brasserie, the restaurant serves classic French cuisine.

Activity: Set in the ancient and lush Ardennes Forest, Forestia Animal Park offers an up-close look at local wildlife such as bears, wolves, and deer.

Museum: Musée de la Lessive reveals the overlooked world of 19th-century washerwomen. Through engaging exhibits, learn how laundry was cleaned in public washhouses.

How to get to the Circuit

Google Maps: Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps

F1® Experiences Transportation: Booked accommodation along with your Official Ticket Package from F1® Experiences? Daily transfers to and from the circuit can be added to your Official Ticket Package for an additional cost.

Bus: Buses 294 and 395 run regularly on Friday and Saturday of race weekend from outside Verviers Central train station to Francorchamps, which is a 15 minute walk from the circuit gates at La Source. Tickets cost €3.50 each way. The 294 and 395 buses do not run on race day. Additional shuttle buses operate from outside Verviers Central train station to Francorchamps (Rue Du Sart) from 07:30-13:00 each day of race weekend, returning between 16:30-19:30.

Car: A hire car is the next best way to get to Spa-Francorchamps, provided you are patient with the inevitable traffic, which increases as the weekend progresses. Spa-Francorchamps is close to the E42 motorway and police control traffic flow on the narrow country lanes near the circuit on race weekend. Parking next to the circuit costs €20 per day.

Train: You can also take the train from nearby cities such as Liège, Aachen, Maastricht or Brussels. Buy a ticket for Verviers, the closest train station to the circuit. From there, bus 395 runs to the circuit on the hour and 40 minutes past the hour, from 07:40 on Grand Prix weekend. The journey time is normally around 45 minutes. The last bus from Spa-Francorchamps to Verviers train station is at 18:40 each day.

The largest international airport near Spa-Francorchamps is Brussels Airport (BRU: 87 miles or 140km to the west). Brussels South Charleroi Airport (CRL), which serves mainly discount carriers, is also worth considering for short European hops with carriers such as Ryanair.

Other regional airports near Spa-Francorchamps include Luxembourg Airport (LUX: 68 miles or 110km south of Spa), Cologne Bonn Airport (CGN: 87 miles or 140km to the east) and Dusseldorf Airport (DUS: 96 miles or 155km to the east).

Finally, don’t discount the following long-haul hubs: Amsterdam Schipol Airport (AMS: 177 miles or 285 km north), Frankfurt Airport (FRA: 186 miles or 300km to the east) and Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG: 250 miles or 400km to the west).

If you have access to the Champions Club or Formula 1 Paddock Club, smart casual dress is recommended; long pants and a shirt or polo shirt for men and a dress, skirt or pants for women. Jogging suits, shorts and beach attire are not recommended attire in the Champions Club or Formula 1 Paddock Club.

  • Alcohol (glass containers are forbidden)
  • Foldable chair
  • Promotional items that do not disturb other spectators
  • Strollers, walkers and wheelchairs

Prohibited items at Circuit of Spa-Francorchamps:

  • Drugs or narcotics
  • Glass products/articles
  • Any object (parasol, camera stand or cane) that can be considered dangerous for other visitors to the event by the surveillance services
  • Projectiles or explosives in solid, liquid or gaseous form
  • Flammable products or materials, aerosol cans
  • Pyrotechnic articles
  • Any weapon or dangerous object
  • Anything that can be used to disturb public order, endanger the safety of the crowd and/or damage property and people
  • Pets (guide dogs for the visually impaired are allowed, but the organisation must be informed)
  • Gas cylinders
