Tickets will be sent to the email address on file with F1® Experiences from tickets@quint.co starting on Friday, 18 September.

Ticketing Information:
- Tickets are in one (1) PDF per package for the entirety of race weekend.
- Your order must be paid in full by Sunday, 13 September to receive your tickets by the date listed above.
- If your order is paid in full after this date, your tickets will be sent to you upon completion of your payments.
- For ease of use, it is recommended that tickets be printed prior to arrival at the track.
- Guests are responsible for referring to the terms and conditions listed on the ticket.

Orders that include a physical item and are paid in full by Wednesday, 26 August, will ship to the mailing address on file. The latest expected delivery date is Friday, 18 September.

Fan Zone Activities
The Fan Zone is located behind the Absheron (Main) Grandstand and features the F1® Fan Forum, where drivers take the stage and participate in a live Q&A session.
+ Driver appearances in the Fan Zone are usually confirmed a few days before the race weekend.
++ Guests with children are strongly encouraged to keep a watchful eye as this is a busy area.
Pit Lane Walk
A public Pit Lane Walk is available to all 4-day ticketholders and will take place on Wednesday from 16:30 – 18:00.
Concert Information
International recording artists Sam Harris and Katy Perry will headline concerts at Baku Crystal Hall celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Azerbaijan Grand Prix™. A shuttle service will transport F1® fans from the circuit to the venue.
Harris will perform after the Free Practice Sessions on Thursday, while Perry will take the stage following Qualifying on Friday.
We encourage you to speak with venue staff onsite to determine if your ticket type has free access to the concert.
Visas: Citizens of most countries are required to obtain an e-visa at a cost when visiting Azerbaijan. In most cases, the visa is issued within three (3) working days; however, we encourage applying early to avoid delays. Apply for a visa here.
Note: You must check with local authorities. All requirements are subject to change.
Currency: The national currency in Azerbaijan is the Manat (AZN). Currency can be exchanged in banks, hotels, and numerous exchange points.
Language: The most spoken language is Azerbaijani, a Turkish language. Russian, English, and Lezgin are also widely spoken, but it is recommended to grab an Azerbaijani travel book when visiting Baku.
Time Zone: UTC/GMT + 4 hours
In an Emergency: Dial 112. Get a local to call if you don’t speak Azeri, Turkish or Russian.
Power Sockets: Azerbaijan uses the same Type C and F power sockets as mainland Europe.
Weather: Late September temperatures should range from around 24°C (75°F) during the day to 18°C (64°F) at night. Baku is typically very dry, but it would be wise to pack a raincoat just in case.
Getting to the Circuit: Taking the metro is one of the best ways to get to the circuit, especially if you’re staying around the suburbs. You can also make your way to the circuit on foot if you’re within walking distance or grab a taxi or Uber instead. Due to road closures and very limited parking, it is not recommended to drive yourself.
Cuisine: Yaşıl Bazar, or “Green Market,” is a must-visit destination for anyone looking to experience the sights, sounds, and flavours of Azerbaijani culture. This bustling market features a wide variety of local foods and is also one of the best places to shop for souvenirs.
Activity: Get lost in history and step back into the 12th century as you explore Baku’s Old City. Enter the walls of this UNESCO World Heritage Site and admire notable landmarks like the Palace of the Shirvanshahs and Maiden Tower.
Shopping: Walk along Baku Boulevard, the city’s waterfront promenade, and explore its shops, restaurants, and museums while taking in scenic views of the Caspian Sea. For elevated views of the city and coastline, take a ride on the “Baku Eye,” a Ferris wheel overlooking the boulevard.

How to get to the Circuit
Google Maps: Baku City Circuit
Public Transportation: Baku has two metro lines that were built during Soviet times. The Sahil and Icherisheher metro stations on the Red Line provide direct access to the circuit, while the 28 May metro station on the Green Line is only 700 metres from the circuit gates. To ride the metro (or public buses), you’ll need to buy a BakuCard, which can be loaded with credit. One-way metro fares cost just 0.50 AZN ($0.30 USD).

Taxis & Ride Sharing: Uber is a good choice in Baku. We also recommend downloading the Bolt App to access reliable local taxi drivers. Be careful about hailing unlicensed, unmetered taxis on the street; always agree a fare in advance with such drivers.
General FAQs
Heydar Aliyet International Airport (GYD) is approximately 20km from the centre of Baku. It’s the home base of the national flag carrier Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL), which flies direct to several European hubs (including Berlin, Frankfurt, London, Milan, Paris) and further afield (Bangkok, Beijing, Dubai, New York). From central Europe, Hungarian discount airline Wizz Air, has cheap direct flights from Budapest. Other airlines with good long haul connections to Baku include Aeroflot via Moscow, flydubai via Dubai, Etihad via Abu Dhabi, Qatar Airways via Doha and Turkish Airlines via Istanbul.
If you have access to the Formula 1 Paddock Club™, smart casual dress is recommended; long pants and a shirt or polo shirt for men and a dress, skirt or pants for women. Jogging suits, shorts and beach attire are not permitted in the Formula 1 Paddock Club™.

- Musical instruments & sound devices
- Video-capable devices (for professional use)
- Photo cameras with lenses exceeding 30 cm
- Any seating devices (chairs, stools)
- Any large articles (which cannot be placed under a seat)
- Drones
- Bicycles
- Scooters (except kids' scooters)
- Flags with handles exceeding 1m or with offensive texts/symbols/images
- Picnic hampers
- Toxic and flammable substances
- Drugs without prescription and any device that has the potential to cause injury, damage to the Entertainment Area or be a public nuisance.
