F1® Experiences Official F1® Ticket Packages are delivered complete with your tickets, itinerary, directions, point of contact and many guides and maps to provide you with additional information for your Grand Prix™ weekend!

Below are some commonly asked questions, if you have any additional questions about the event, please contact guestservices@f1experiences.com.

Purchase

It is encouraged to book your Official F1® Ticket Packages online. The process is very simple, taking less than two minutes. Alternatively, you can fill out the form to be contacted by a dedicated Sales Representative.

If a certain ticket category is available, you will be able to choose your desired quantity and add it to your cart. A sold-out message appears for tickets that are no longer available.

It is not possible to select specific seats online. However, you can have your Sales Representative make a note of your request/preference(s) or send them to f1experiences@guestservices.com when ordering tickets and the Team will satisfy your demands when possible.

After you have confirmed your order online, cancellations are not accepted. Please contact your Sales Representative for cancellation policies. Should you be unable to attend the event or in the case of the event cancellation, please check the Terms & Conditions in your purchase agreement.

It is recommended that you place a new order if you wish to book additional F1® Ticket Packages after your original booking has been processed. Should you wish the two orders to be sitting together, please contact your Sales Representative or f1experiences@guestservices.com and the Team will accommodate your request when possible.

Orders are not generally changeable. However, if you have a request, please contact a Sales Representative by filling out the form or calling the phone number provided for your area.

Please check with your Sales Representative to learn more about what additional payment term options (i.e. split payments in increments) may be available for your desired Ticket Package and Grand Prix™.

For online transactions, your shipping and billing address must be the same.

In general, personally identifiable information about you will not be shared with third parties, excluding F1® Experiences Official Partners. Formula 1® or F1® Experiences may send personally identifiable information about you, including your email address, to other companies or people when:

  1. F1® Experiences has your consent to share the information;
  2. F1® Experiences needs to share this information to provide you with the information, product or service you have requested;
  3. F1® Experiences responds to subpoenas, court orders or legal processes; or
  4. F1® Experiences finds or has reason to believe that your actions on f1experiences.com violate website terms or conditions or are in violation of the law.

Yes, for online purchases, the maximum is 10 Official F1® Ticket Packages per transaction. For transactions of more than 10, please contact an F1® Experiences Representative to book.

Shopping Cart

The cart is used for storing the tickets you reserve before proceeding to the Checkout. After adding tickets to your cart, you can easily remove them or change the desired number.

Find the tickets you want, select the desired number from the ‘Quantity’ drop-down, and then click the ‘Add to Cart’ button.

On the cart page, there is an option to the right of the item giving you the option to remove it from your cart.

Shipping

F1® Experiences utilises DHL when shipping F1® Ticket Packages for European and Middle Eastern Grands Prix™ and FedEx will be used for Grands Prix™ in the Americas. If we are unable to ship your Ticket Package to you in advance, it will be available for collection from our Ticket Office the week of the Grand Prix™.

The goal is to deliver your F1® Ticket Package to you at least 10 days before the Grand Prix™. If we’re unable to meet this timeline, the F1® Experiences Guest Services Team will notify you in advance.

Yes. If you need your tickets delivered to an address other than the invoice address, please contact guestservices@f1experiences.com at least four weeks before the Grand Prix™, and they will be happy to assist you. For online transactions, your shipping and billing address must be the same.

For all races shipping through DHL, the European and Middle Eastern Grands Prix™, guests who have a P.O. Box in Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Dubai, Saudi Arabia or Qatar will be able to have their package shipped.

For all races shipping through FedEx, the Grands Prix™ in the Americas, will be unable to ship any packages to P.O. Boxes.

If you have a P.O. Box outside of the few countries listed above, your F1® Ticket Packages will be available for pick up on-site.

Stolen, destroyed or lost tickets cannot be replaced.

Payment

Accepted forms of payment include credit cards and bank transfers. To pay via bank transfer, you can pay directly online without contacting anyone.

F1® Experiences’ payment platform is fully secured. An "SSL" (Secure Socket Layer) connection exists between your browser and the server. This means that data is transferred only after being encrypted and thus cannot be abused by third parties. Your personal data is only used to carry out your order.

Our server guarantees the highest possible level of encryption currently available.

As soon as your order has been confirmed, your credit card account will be debited with the amount due as per your booking.

Once you have successfully placed your order by email or telephone, an invoice will be emailed to you as a pdf file. The invoice states the date the payment is due.

Please use one of the following options to finalise your order:

  • Try again, perhaps with another credit card.
  • Fill out and return a credit card authorization form (available on request from our Sales department).
  • Contact your Sales Representative for assistance with the purchase.
  • Payment by bank transfer.
  • Contact your bank to authorize the payment.
