Digital Tickets 

Tickets will be sent to the email address on file with F1® Experiences from tickets@quint.co starting on Thursday, 16 July. 

Note: Ticket delivery is not guaranteed on this date. Please allow several days for tickets to be delivered via email. 

Orders Paid by Sunday, 12 July:  

  • Tickets will be emailed by Thursday, 16 July. 

Orders Paid On/After Sunday, 12 July: 

  • Tickets will be emailed upon completion of payment.  

Ticketing Information:

  • Tickets are emailed as one (1) PDF per package for the entirety of race weekend.  
  • We recommend either printing a copy of your ticket or taking a screenshot before arrival and bringing it to the event. 
  • The first holder of the print-at-home ticket is authorized for access. Tickets should not be printed more than once. It is forbidden to copy or sell this ticket. 
  • Guests are responsible for referring to the terms and conditions listed on the ticket.

Packages Set to Ship: 

  • Orders that include a physical item and are paid in full by Wednesday, 8 July, will ship to the mailing address on file. The latest expected delivery date is Friday, 17 July.   
  • A list of physical items can be found under the “Physical vs. Digital Items.”

Physical packages will be available for pick up in Hungary due to one of the following reasons:   

  • Onsite pick up was requested 
  • Order was paid in full after Wednesday, 8 July 
  • Order includes one of the following package types: Champions Club 3-Days | Rising Stars, Paddock Club 3-Days | Aston Martin Aramco Formula One™ Team Suite, Paddock Club 3-Days | Oracle Red Bull Racing Club Suite, Paddock Club 3-Days | Scuderia Ferrari HP Suite, Rising Stars | Hungaroring, or Rising Stars | Hungaroring | Deluxe

  • PO box is in a country other than Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, or Qatar

Alternative Pick-Up Guest:

In the instance that a guest other than the purchaser of the order is planning to pick up, please follow the steps below: 

  • The purchaser must send an email from the email address on file with F1® Experiences to ticketing@f1experiences.com. 
  • The email must contain the purchaser’s full name, the alternative guest’s full name, and state that the purchaser is granting permission for the alternative guest to pick up.
  • The full name of the guest collecting onsite must match their photo ID. 
  • The alternative guest must bring and show their photo ID before the physical package items are released.

Access: No pass needed, parking is open to the public 

Parking Lot: Paddock Club Parking  

Access: Passes are physical and will be labeled “Champions Club”.

Directions:

  • F1 Paddock Club™ guests can use the dedicated lane on the M3 to reach the Hungaroring.
  • Follow the F1 Paddock Club™ signs as you get closer.
  • Enter through the Main Gate, where there’s dedicated parking for Paddock Club™ cars and coaches.

Parking Hours:

  • Open from 08:00 to 20:00 each day.

Access:

  • A valid Paddock Club™ parking pass is required. Shuttles will take you from the parking area to the Paddock Club™ entrance.

Taxi

The taxi station is located a 2-minute walk from the Main Gate of the circuit, opposite Gate 8.

Power Sockets: Hungary uses Type F power sockets, the same as the rest of continental Europe. Remember to bring an adapter if you are travelling from a different part of the world. 

Relax at the Thermal Baths: Budapest is famous for its thermal baths, so make sure you don’t miss them! Head to the Széchenyi Thermal Bath, one of the largest spa complexes in Europe. If you’re looking for something more modern, check out the Rudas Thermal Baths for a contemporary experience. 

Discover the local cuisine: Try some of the country’s traditional favourites while you’re there. For classic Hungarian dishes, visit Café Kör or Retek Bisztro. For a more immersive experience, take a Budapest walking food tour or enjoy a candlelit dinner cruise along the Danube. 

Visit a museum: Budapest offers a rich variety of museums, perfect for any interest. Explore the Museum of Fine Arts for European masterpieces, or the Ludwig Museum of Contemporary Art for modern works. If you love music, don’t miss the House of Music Hungary.

How to get to the Circuit

Google Maps: Hungaroring

Taxis: The official taxi company for the Hungarian Grand Prix is Főtaxi, which can be ordered online, via the Főtaxi app or call centre (+36 1 222 2222). Fares from Budapest to the circuit are no longer fixed, but a one-way fare from the Pest side of the circuit should cost no more than €40. Only Főtaxi can use the special VIP access road to the circuit, so will be much quicker than using other taxis. At the end of the day, taxis are available opposite Gate 8. Please be aware that there can be sizeable delays for taxis at peak times.

Train & Shuttle Bus: From Örs vezér tere in the east of Budapest (last station at the end of the red M2 metro line), you can take a cheap train on the H8 line to the circuit all weekend. Take the suburban train in the direction of Gödöllő then alight at Kerepes HÉV station - from there you can take a free shuttle bus to Gate 3 at the Hungaroring. If you wish to return via the same route at the end of the day, you will need to walk around 20-30 minutes to Szilasliget station. Alternatively, shuttle buses to Gödöllő station are available at Gate 3, from where you can take a faster track back to the main Keleti station in Budapest. More information is here.

Driving: Whilst the Hungaroring is situated close to the M3 motorway, the narrow, single-lane local roads around the circuit can get very congested as the weekend progresses. We recommend taking public transport on race day if possible. Most of the trackside parking at the Hungaroring is free.

Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport (BUD) has a good selection of flights within Europe and further afield with both budget and full-service carriers. Popular airlines include Wizz Air, Ryanair and EasyJet.

If you are planning a longer Euro trip, you could also fly into Vienna International Airport (VIE) or Bratislava Airport (BTS), both of which are only around 200km from Budapest via a direct motorway.

If you have access to the Champions Club or F1 Paddock Club™, smart casual dress is recommended; long pants and a shirt or polo shirt for men and a dress, skirt or pants for women. Jogging suits, shorts and beach attire are not recommended attire in the Champions Club or F1 Paddock Club™.
