Digital Tickets
Tickets will be sent to the email address on file with F1® Experiences from noreply@email.silverstone.co.uk starting on Wednesday, 24 June*.
*Ticket delivery is not guaranteed on this date. Please allow several days for tickets to be delivered via email.
Orders Paid by Sunday, 21 June:
- Tickets will be emailed starting on Wednesday, 24 June.
Orders Paid On/After Sunday, 21 June:
- Tickets will be emailed upon completion of payment.
Ticketing Information:
- Guests will receive one (1) mobile ticket per day, accessible through the portal in the app.
- Guests will be prompted to download the 'Silverstone Tickets' app to view, download, and transfer their ticket(s). The account must be registered with the same email address to which the tickets were sent.
- Guests are responsible for referring to the terms and conditions listed on the ticket.

Orders that include a physical item and are paid in full by Wednesday, 17 June, will ship to the mailing address on file. The latest expected delivery date is Friday, 26 June.

Alternative Pick Up Guest:
In the instance that a guest other than the purchaser of the order is planning to pick up, please follow the steps below:
- The purchaser must send an email from the email address on file with F1® Experiences to ticketing@f1experiences.com.
- The email must contain the purchaser’s full name, the alternative guest’s full name, and state that the purchaser is granting permission for the alternative guest to pick up.
- The full name of the guest collecting onsite must match their photo ID.

Fan Zone Activities
The Fan Zone is a family-friendly area with games and activities, typically including:
- F1® Pitstop Challenge
- Racing Simulator
- Driver interviews or autograph sessions, depending on the schedule.
- Food and drink stalls
- Places to sit and relax
- Stands selling official F1® and team merchandise.
*Driver appearances in the Fan Zone are usually confirmed a few days before the race weekend.
**Guests with children are strongly encouraged to keep a watchful eye as this is a busy area.
Concert Information
The M&S Mainstage, located nearby Gates 19 and 20, will host live music performances throughout the British Grand Prix weekend, with concerts taking place after the Formula 1® track action each evening.
We encourage you to speak with venue staff onsite for the most up-to-date details regarding entry, lineup, and timings.

Weather: Temperatures should range from around 21°C (70°F) during the day to 12°C (54°F) at night. It will likely be warm and sunny, but rain is a possibility, so pack accordingly!

How to get to the Circuit
Google Maps: Silverstone Circuit
F1® Experiences: Booked your accommodation together with your Official Ticket Package? Daily coach transfers to and from Silverstone are available at an additional cost.
Driving: Traffic organization near Silverstone has improved significantly in recent years, but you can still expect significant congestion on race weekend. Traffic notwithstanding, Silverstone is around 90 minutes’ drive north of London and 60 minutes south of Birmingham. The circuit is accessed via the A43 dual-lane road from either the M40 or M1 motorways.
Parking: More information about parking at Silverstone can be found here. All car parks are within a 15-20 minute walk to the main gate.
Trains: The closest train stations to the circuit are in Wolverton, Banbury, Milton Keynes and Northampton. From London, the fastest trains depart from Euston Station. Check fares and book tickets on National Rail. Shuttle buses are available from the train stations in Banbury (Megabus), Milton Keynes & Northampton (Stagecoach) to the circuit.
Buses: Megabus andNational Express both transport fans from major cities across the UK to Silverstone on British Grand Prix weekend.
General FAQs
Electric mobility scooters and manual wheelchairs can be pre-booked for this event. Guests can book directly with Advanced Mobility here. These services will be based in Car Park 50.
Please note: There are no internal shuttles operating within the circuit due to crowd safety. We strongly advise customers with mobility needs to pre-book a mobility scooter or wheelchair.

London is served by five airports, all of which are worth considering flying into for the British Grand Prix. Birmingham Airport is also near Silverstone and has a good selection of flights:
- London Luton Airport (LTN): the closest airport to Silverstone is a major hub for European discount carriers easyJet, Ryanair and Wizz Air.
- Birmingham Airport (BHX): in addition to plenty of discount flights to European hubs, Birmingham also has direct flights to Istanbul, Dubai and Doha.
- London Heathrow Airport (LHR): the UK’s largest airport has regular flights to all corners of the world with British Airways and other flag carrying airlines. It’s also the gateway to London, where we recommend spending a few days before or after your trip to Silverstone.
- Gatwick Airport (LGW): in addition to British Airways, Gatwick also serves as a major hub for easyJet and Norwegian Air Shuttle. Gatwick is also a good choice for transatlantic flights.
- London Stansted Airport (STN): a major hub for Ryanair, Stansted serves over 170 destinations in Europe and further afield, but has a poor reputation for overcrowding and flight delays
- London City Airport (LCY): London’s smallest airport has a limited number of short-haul flights to European capitals.
If you have access to trackside hospitality in the Champions Club or Formula 1 Paddock Club™, smart casual dress is required: long pants and a shirt or polo shirt for men and a dress, skirt or pants for women. Jogging suits, shorts and beach attire are not recommended attire for trackside hospitality suites.

To ensure safety at the circuit for all our visitors throughout the event, the following items are prohibited at the venue. You may be searched for upon entering the venue:
- Bags over 20-liter capacity
- Glass bottles and glass containers
- BBQ’s
- Restricted and illegal substances
- Offensive weapons
- Items that are deemed dangerous, offensive or unsuitable
- Drones or remote-controlled aircraft
- Step ladders or any similar item which may obstruct another attendees' view
- Lasers
- Fireworks/ pyrotechnics
- Any items which might be subject to ambush marketing
- Smoke canisters
- Tents and shelters
- Four-wheeled carry carts (doesn’t include those used to carry children, but must be empty at the gate
- Powered scooters (excluding disability scooters) / hoverboards
- Electric cycles
- Sun parasols
- Excessive alcohol, although you will be permitted to bring a reasonable amount into the Venue for personal consumption.
- No animals
- No bicycles
Please note: The Silverstone Circuit reserves the right to modify the List of Prohibited Items at any time, without prior notice, in order to maintain a safe and secure environment during the Formula 1 Qatar Airways British Grand Prix.
