Mobile Tickets

Mobile tickets will be sent through a portal. You will receive an email from GPCANADA.CAinfo@gpcanada.ca with a link to access the portal starting on Monday, 2nd June*.

*Ticket delivery is not guaranteed on this date. Please allow several business days for tickets to be delivered.

Orders Paid by Friday, 30th May:

  • Tickets will be emailed by Monday, 2nd June.

Orders Paid On/After Friday, 30th May:

  • Tickets will be emailed upon completion of payment.

Ticketing Information:

  • Your order must be paid in full by Friday, 30th May to receive your tickets by the date listed above.
  • If your order is paid in full after this date, your tickets will be sent to you upon completion of your payments.
  • You will only receive one (1) email containing all your purchased tickets, but upon opening the link will see each ticket listed as individual days.
  • Tickets are recommended to be added to a Google or Apple Wallet.
  • Tickets cannot be downloaded or printed.
  • Tickets cannot be transferred once added to a Google or Apple Wallet.
  • Terms and Conditions: Guests are responsible for referring to the terms and conditions listed on the ticket.

Packages Set to Ship:

Orders that include a physical item and are paid in full by Sunday, 18th May, will ship to the mailing address on file via FedEx. The latest expected delivery date is Friday, 6th June.

Packages Set for Pick Up:

Physical packages will be available for pick up in Canada due to one of the following reasons:

  • Onsite pick up was requested
  • Order was paid in full after Sunday, 18th May
  • Order includes one of the following package types: Paddock Club™ 3-Days | Oracle Red Bull Racing Suite, Paddock Club™ 3-Days | BWT Alpine Formula One™ Team Suite, Paddock Club™ 3-Days | Scuderia Ferrari HP Suite, or Paddock Club™ 3-Days | Club Suite
  • Any United States addresses with a PO Box will automatically be set to pick up onsite
  • Any addresses that cannot be verified by FedEx will be set to pick up onsite

Please check back for updates as some items may be switched to onsite pick up.

Note: Guests who purchased a hotel stay through F1® Experience will be able to collect their physical items from their hotel. More information will be provided the week of the event.

Alternative Pick Up Guest:

In the instance that a guest other than the purchaser of the order is planning to pick up, please follow the steps below:

  • The purchaser must send an email from the email address on file with F1® Experiences to ticketing@f1experiences.com.
  • The email must contain the purchaser’s full name, the alternative guest’s full name, and state that the purchaser is granting permission for the alternative guest to pick up.
  • The full name of the guest collecting onsite must match their photo ID.
  • The alternative guest must bring and show their photo ID before the physical package items are released.

Paddock Club™ Parking Details:

Your parking pass may be labeled as a “Goods Delivery Permit.” If so, it is still valid and will grant you access to the Paddock Club™ parking lot.

Parking: There is no reserved parking at the track. We recommend using the metro, which you can click here to view the daily schedule.

Fanzone F1® Activities

Located in the centre of the island, behind Grandstand 34 in the Park Zone, next to the Monster Energy Compound.

The Fanzone F1® is a family-friendly area with games and activities, including:

Note: Guests with children are strongly encouraged to keep a watchful eye as this is a busy area.

Weather: Temperatures in early June range between 24°C (75°F) during the day to 15°C (59°F) at night. Rain is possible, so consider packing a waterproof jacket!  

Local Markets: Marché Jean-Talon is one of North America’s largest open-air markets where shoppers can find plenty of specialty shops, boutiques, and local delicacies.

Museums: Montréal boasts a rich array of museums including Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, Pointe-à-Callière, and Biodôme de Montréal.

Nature: Parc Mont-Royal has been Montréal’s outdoor playground since 1876. Just north of downtown, it offers skyline views and seasonal activities.

F1® Experiences Transportation: For guests that have reserved their hotel with F1 Experiences, daily transfers to and from the circuit can be added to Official Ticket Packages for an additional cost. Please contact your sales representative for more information about available hotels for the Grand Prix.

Metro: The closest metro stop is Jean-Drapeau, which is on the Yellow Line (Metro Map) and just one stop from Montréal’s main interchange station, Berri-UQAM.

Driving: There’s no reserved parking at the circuit and vehicular access is severely restricted.

Taxi: A taxi drop-off point is located on St Helen’s Island near the Concorde Bridge, but traffic on the island can get very congested at peak times and queues for taxis at the end of the day are sizeable.

Montréal–Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL) is the main hub for domestic and international flights to Montréal. Located around 20km from downtown, YUL is the third busiest airport in Canada and a major hub for Air Canada. In addition to domestic connections, Montréal Airport has direct flights to Africa, Asia, Europe, North America and South America.

If you have access to the Champions Club or Formula 1 Paddock Club, smart casual dress is recommended: long pants and a shirt or polo shirt for men and a dress, skirt or pants for women. The Champions Club and Formula 1 Paddock Club request that no jogging suits, shorts or beach attire be worn.

Coolers and backpacks allowed on-site must not exceed the maximum size indicated below. Grandstand ticket holders must place their cooler or bag under their seat.
