Additional details about grandstand tickets will be provided closer to the event.

Credentials and other physical elements will ship via FedEx with an expected delivery of at least 10 days before the event unless onsite pick up is requested. However, items may be switched to onsite pick up depending on when our team receives tickets from the circuit. If your purchase includes a physical item, we will provide more information regarding the distribution of your package closer to the event.

Parking: There is no reserved parking at the track. We recommend using the metro, which you can click here to view the daily schedule.

Most people need either a visa or an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) to travel to Canada, while others only need their valid passport. Click here to find out what you need to travel to Canada.

Currency: Canadian dollar ($CAD).
Language: French is Montréal’s official language, though you won’t have a problem getting by in English.

Weather: Temperatures in early June range between 24°C (75°F) during the day to 15°C (59°F) at night. Rain is possible, so consider packing a waterproof jacket!

How to get to the Circuit

F1® Experiences Transportation: For guests that have reserved their hotel with F1 Experiences, daily transfers to and from the circuit can be added to Official Ticket Packages for an additional cost. Please contact your sales representative for more information about available hotels for the Grand Prix.

Metro: The closest metro stop is Jean-Drapeau, which is on the Yellow Line (Metro Map) and just one stop from Montréal’s main interchange station, Berri-UQAM.

Driving: There’s no reserved parking at the circuit and vehicular access is severely restricted.

Taxi: A taxi drop-off point is located on St Helen’s Island near the Concorde Bridge, but traffic on the island can get very congested at peak times and queues for taxis at the end of the day are sizeable.

Montréal–Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL) is the main hub for domestic and international flights to Montréal. Located around 20km from downtown, YUL is the third busiest airport in Canada and a major hub for Air Canada. In addition to domestic connections, Montréal Airport has direct flights to Africa, Asia, Europe, North America and South America.

If you have access to the Champions Club or Formula 1 Paddock Club, smart casual dress is recommended: long pants and a shirt or polo shirt for men and a dress, skirt or pants for women. The Champions Club and Formula 1 Paddock Club request that no jogging suits, shorts or beach attire be worn.

Coolers and backpacks allowed on-site must not exceed the maximum size indicated below. Grandstand ticket holders must place their cooler or bag under their seat.
