Your helicopter tour redemption code will be emailed to you from ticketing@f1experiences.com by Friday, 15 May. Once you receive the code, please follow the steps below.

1. Click here to access the booking link.
2. Click the “Book” button under ‘Formula 1 Experience’.
3. Select a date and timeslot as follows and click “Add to Cart”.
4. Then fill in the contact information (First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, and email address field).
5. Next, submit the required information for all the passengers in your booking reservation. You will need to add their first name, last name, and weight. Once completed, click “Checkout & Pay”. 
6. On the payment page, click the “Apply a Promo Code” field and enter each code you received, and finish checking out. 
7. After completion, the booking will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. 

Important Information

• Individual maximum weight: 250 lbs (113 kg) per passenger.
• Overall maximum weight: 650 lbs (275 kg) for 3 passengers.
• Age notice: All children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Weather note: The flight is subject to weather conditions. You will receive e-mail confirmation 3 hours before the flight if conditions are favorable. If the weather does not allow us to take off, we will propose an alternative time.
