Digital Tickets 

Tickets will be sent to the email address on file with F1® Experiences from tickets@quint.co starting on Friday, 30 October.

+ Ticket delivery is not guaranteed on this date. Please allow several days for tickets to be delivered via email. 

Orders Paid by Sunday, 25 October:  

  • Tickets will be emailed by Friday, 30 October. 

Orders Paid On/After Sunday, 25 October: 

  • Tickets will be emailed upon completion of payment.  

Ticketing Information:   

  • Tickets are emailed as one (1) PDF per package for the entirety of race weekend.  
  • Printouts and screenshots will not be accepted at entry.   
  • We recommend printing the PDFs before arriving at the circuit; however, this is NOT required, and guests may have the PDFs scanned from mobile devices.  
  • If using a mobile device, it is recommended to download the PDFs rather than use screenshots of the tickets. 
  • The required entrance gate for each grandstand is noted on each ticket. 
  • Guests are responsible for referring to the terms and conditions listed on the ticket.

  • Orders that include a physical item and are paid in full by Thursday, 8 October, will ship to the mailing address on file. The latest expected delivery date is Friday, 30 October.

Physical packages will be available for pick up in Brazil due to one of the following reasons:   

  • Onsite pick up was requested 
  • Order was paid in full after Thursday, 8 October 
  • Order includes one of the following package types: Champions Club 3-Days, F1® Experiences Grand Prix™ Club 3-Days, F1® Experiences Live | Orange Tree Club, F1® Experiences Lounge 3-Days, Paddock Club 3-Days | Scuderia Ferrari HP Suite, or Senna Club 3-Days 
  • Mailing address is in: Argentina, Canada, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Germany, Guatemala, Guyana, Martinique, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, South Africa, or Uruguay 
  • Mailing address is in one of the following countries, and the order includes a Legend or Paddock Club™ package: Australia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, or Singapore 
  • PO box is in a country other than Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, or Qatar

Note: Guests who purchased a hotel stay through F1® Experiences will be able to collect their physical items from their hotel. More information will be provided the week of the event. 

Guests being accompanied by a minor are urged to read the following access restrictions to Interlagos for the upcoming Grand Prix™.  

  • Ages 0 to 4 years: Not permitted to enter the Interlagos racetrack 
  • Ages 5 to 11 years: May enter the racetrack if accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible party (with legal powers equal to those of a parent) 
  • Ages 12 to 15 years: May enter the racetrack if accompanied by a responsible adult (over 18 years old), with written authorization from a parent or legal guardian 
  • Ages 16 to 18 years: May enter the racetrack without the need for authorization or accompaniment

Alternative Pick Up Guest: 

  • In the instance that a guest other than the purchaser of the order is planning to pick up, please follow the steps below:  
  • The purchaser must send an email from the email address on file with F1® Experiences to ticketing@f1experiences.com.  
  • The email must contain the purchaser’s full name, the alternative guest’s full name, and state that the purchaser is granting permission for the alternative guest to pick up.  
  • The full name of the guest collecting onsite must match their photo ID.  
  • The alternative guest must bring and show their photo ID before the physical package items are released.

Fan Zone Activities 

The Fan Zone is located behind Grandstand G and next to Kartódromo Ayrton Senna. Fans seated in G, H, K, N, R, and Porto grandstands are granted free entry. 

The Fan Zone is a family-friendly area with games and activities, typically including: 

  • Racing Simulators 
  • Interactive F1® Displays 
  • A stage for driver appearances  

The full Fan Zone schedule and order of appearances can be found here and will be updated closer to race weekend.  

+ Driver appearances in the Fan Zone are usually confirmed a few days before the race weekend.  

++ Guests with children are strongly encouraged to keep a watchful eye as this is a busy area. 

Important: Admission will not be granted after 15:00 on Friday through Sunday. There is no re-entry once guests have entered through the pay line within the circuit.

Mobile Charging: Brazil uses type N electricity sockets, which also work with Type C appliances from continental Europe. Other visitors should bring along an adaptor. 

Weather: For the São Paulo Grand Prix™, temperatures should range from around 23°C (74°F) during the day to 14°C (58°F) at night. Make sure you pack your wet weather gear, as rain is never too far away at Interlagos. 

Safety: Street crime and petty theft are not uncommon in São Paulo, one of the largest cities in the world, so keep a close eye on your belongings and always exercise caution in public spaces. 

Currency: Brazilian Real (R$). Credit and debit cards are widely accepted, but it is still worth withdrawing some cash from an ATM as not all shops accept electronic payments. Servers generally accept a 10% tip for good service, but this is often included in your restaurant bill. 

Eating: A trip to São Paulo would not be complete without experiencing a traditional Brazilian churrascaria, with popular options including A Figueira Rubaiyat, Barbacoa, and Assador.

Activity: Paulista Avenue is a famous cultural hub in São Paulo, home to the São Paulo Museum of Art, Teatro Brasileiro de Comédia, parks, shops, and numerous cultural centres.  

Shopping: For a taste of local flavours and authentic Brazilian souvenirs, visit Mercado Municipal de São Paulo.

How to get to the Circuit

Google Maps: Autódromo José Carlos Pace

F1® Experiences Transportation: Booked accommodation along with your Official Ticket Package from F1® Experiences? Daily transfers to and from the circuit can be added to your Official Ticket Package for an additional cost.

Public Transportation: The Metro is a cheap and efficient to get around in São Paulo, including to Interlagos. When travelling to Interlagos, use the stop Autodromo on Line 9 (Esmeralda). The station is located approximately 500 metres away from the circuit. The metro operates from 04:30 to midnight Sunday – Friday, and until 01:00 Saturday. Be sure to stay with other fans walking from the Metro to the circuit and do not wander off into the nearby favela (shanty town). To ride the Metro, you’ll need to get a Bilhete Único smartcard, which can be topped up at shops and kiosks all around the city.

Taxi & Ride Sharing: Official taxis and Uber are a reliable way to get around in São Paulo, apart from at peak times when some areas of the city become gridlocked. Interlagos is around 25km south of the city centre. Depending on where exactly you’ve decided to stay, a taxi or Uber to Interlagos should cost around $15-30 USD each way.

Driving: We don’t recommend renting a car in São Paulo or driving to Interlagos. Brazilian driving standards are poor, traffic jams are common and there’s limited parking at the circuit.

The circuit provides accessible seating, toilets, and parking spaces for people with disabilities. It's advised to contact the venue in advance for specific arrangements.

São Paulo has three main airports, the largest of which is called Guarulhos (GRU). Approximately 25km northeast of the city centre, GRU Airport serves hundreds of daily connections from all over the world, including cities in the USA, Europe and all across South America. Located midway between Interlagos and the centre of the city, Congonhas Airport (CGH) is the second largest airport in São Paulo but mainly serves domestic destinations. The same applies to Viracopos Airport (VCP), almost 100km northwest of the city, which is a hub for Azul Brazilian Airlines.

If you have access to the Champions Club or Formula 1® Paddock Club™, smart casual dress is recommended; long pants and a shirt or polo shirt for men and a dress, skirt or pants for women. Jogging suits, shorts and beach attire are not permitted in the Champions Club or Formula 1® Paddock Club™.

 If you intend to buy food and drinks in sectors A, G, H, M, N, Porto Bank, R, T, and Heineken Village, know that the payment method will be exclusively through the Cashless Card, valid only during the three days of the event.
