Digital Tickets

Tickets are digital and will be sent to the email address on file with F1® Experiences from tickets@quint.co starting on Friday, 29 May*.

*Ticket delivery is not guaranteed on this date. Please allow several days for tickets to be delivered via email.

Orders Paid by Wednesday, 27 May:

  • Tickets will be emailed starting on Friday, 29 May.

Orders Paid On/After Wednesday, 27 May:

  • Tickets will be emailed upon completion of payment.

For guests with Rooftop Lounge/Pit Lane Lounge packages: Please check your inbox for further instructions regarding your digital ticket. 

Ticketing Information:

  • Tickets are emailed as one (1) PDF per person for the entirety of race weekend.
  • Guests can see a list of general recommendations on their ticket, as well as information on items that guests are permitted to bring into the circuit and items that are prohibited.
  • Guests are welcome to print their ticket or display their ticket on the mobile device.
  • Guests are responsible for referring to the terms and conditions listed on the ticket.

Packages Set to Ship:

Orders that include a physical item and are paid in full by Tuesday, 26 May, will ship to the mailing address on file. The latest expected delivery date is Friday, 5 June.

Packages Set for Pick Up:

Physical packages will be available for pick up in Barcelona due to one of the following reasons:

  • Onsite pick up was requested
  • Order was paid in full after Tuesday, 26 May
  • Order includes one of the following package types: Champions Club Parking H1, Paddock Club 3-Days | Oracle Red Bull Racing Club Suite, or Rising Stars
  • Mailing address is in: Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, French Guiana, Guatemala, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Namibia, Panama, Peru, Puerto Rico, Seychelles, South Africa, Taiwan, or Uruguay
  • PO box is in a country other than Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, or Qatar

Parking Information

Guests with Pit Lane Lounge/Rooftop Lounge package: If you booked a parking pass, your parking lot is H-1. It is located in the western area of Circuit De Barcelona-Catalunya. Click here for coordinates.

To obtain your pass, please stop by the Ticket Office during operating hours.

Alternative Pick Up Guest:

In the instance that a guest other than the purchaser of the order is planning to pick up, please follow the steps below:

  • The purchaser must send an email from the email address on file with F1® Experiences to ticketing@f1experiences.com.
  • The email must contain the purchaser’s full name, the alternative guest’s full name, and state that the purchaser is granting permission for the alternative guest to pick up.
  • The full name of the guest collecting onsite must match their photo ID.
  • The alternative guest must bring and show their photo ID before the physical package items are released.

The Fan Zone is a family-friendly area with games and activities, typically including:

  • F1® Pitstop Challenge
  • Racing Simulator
  • Driver interviews or autograph sessions, depending on the schedule.
  • Food and drink stalls
  • Places to sit and relax
  • Stands selling official F1 and team merchandise.

*Driver appearances in the Fan Zone are usually confirmed a few days before the race weekend.

**Guests with children are strongly encouraged to keep a watchful eye as this is a busy area.

Currency: The Euro. Credit cards are widely accepted, and ATMs are easy to find. We recommend packing at least a few euros in cash. 

Language: While Catalan and Spanish are the official languages of Barcelona, English is also commonly used, especially in hotels, restaurants, and tourist areas.

Power Sockets: Spain uses the same Type F power sockets as the rest of mainland Europe, but if you are travelling from elsewhere, be sure to pack an adaptor.  

Weather: Temperatures range from around 25°C (77°F) during the day to 17°C (64°F) at night.

How to get to the Circuit

Google Maps: Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya

F1® Experiences Transportation: For guests that have reserved their hotel with F1 Experiences, daily transfers to and from the circuit can be added to Official Ticket Packages for an additional cost. Please contact your sales representative for more information about available hotels for the Grand Prix.

Car: Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya is located close to several major highways and has plenty of (paid) parking, so driving yourself to the circuit is another option, especially if you are staying on the Costa Brava.

Bus: The closest station to the circuit is Montmeló, which is located on the Renfe R2 and R2 Nord lines. Take the train from Sants Estacio, Passeig de Gracia or El Clot in the direction of Granollers or Sant Celoni. The trip from central Barcelona should take around 40 minutes and tickets cost €2.80 each way. Check schedules here. Please note that Hola Barcelona travel cards for unlimited travel on public transport in Barcelona are not valid for travel to Montmeló; a separate regional train ticket is required. After arriving in Montmeló, you can walk to the circuit in around 30-40 minutes or take a local bus/taxi.

Taxi & Ridesharing: A taxi or Uber from the Centre of Barcelona to the circuit should set you back around €40-60 each way. Getting a taxi home from the circuit can be difficult at peak times; organizing a return pickup in advance is recommended. The best place to get a taxi at the end of the day is near the Paddock Entrance at the top of the circuit, between Gates 1 and 7.

With hundreds of daily flights offered by both flag carriers and budget airlines, Barcelona International Airport (BCN) is the largest and most convenient airport to fly into for the Spanish Grand Prix. Also known as El Prat after the town where it is located, BCN is a hub for several European airlines (Air Europa, EasyJet, Norwegian, Ryanair) and also has regular long-haul flights to North and South America, the Middle East, Asia and Africa.

If you have access to the Champions Club or Formula 1 Paddock Club™, smart casual dress is recommended; long pants and a polo shirt for men and a dress, skirt, or pants for women. Jogging suits, shorts and beach wear are not recommended attire in the Champions Club or Formula One Paddock Club.

Multiple entry gates are situated around the circuit. Check your ticket for the recommended gate to use.

First Aid Stations are available at multiple locations around the circuit. If you or someone near you requires immediate assistance, contact the nearest staff member or dial the emergency number provided at the circuit.

  • Glass, metal or wooden containers
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Dangerous sharp objects such as knives or scissors won't get you pass the security check
  • Animals 
  • Bicycles, scooters and any other means of transport must be left outside the circuit
  • Cannons, flares, smoke bombs and other pyrotechnic devices are also officially prohibited
  • Professional audio-visual equipment. If the security personnel believe that you are filming professionally, they have the right to ask you to hand over the footage
