F1 Experiences is excited to announce the launch of the Champions Club at Shanghai International Circuit for the upcoming 2020 Chinese Grand Prix on 16-19 April.
Sales have now commenced for the 17th and newest Champions Club by F1 Experiences at the 2020 Chinese Grand Prix. Setting a new standard in trackside hospitality, the Champions Club offers signature hospitality with quality meals and open bars, plus exclusive benefits only available with F1 Experiences.
Where is the Champions Club located at Shanghai International Circuit?
In keeping with F1 Experiences commitment to only offer the best trackside locations around the world, the Champions Club in China is situated in the skybridge that spans the Main Straight at Shanghai International Circuit. No other trackside hospitality on the F1 calendar is located directly above the circuit! Enjoy a meal or drink from the bar as the cars pass directly beneath you! The skybridge is situated at the end of the Main Straight and also has views of the opening corners.
Best of Both Worlds
In addition to Champions Club hospitality, packages also include a 3-Day Seat in Grandstand A Platinum (pictured above). Running the length of the Main Straight in Shanghai, Grandstand A can seat almost 30,000 fans. The Platinum section of the grandstand is situated in the mid-upper section, offering excellent panoramic views over large sections of Shanghai International Circuit. It’s also opposite the start-finish line, providing a great view for the race build up, start, pit stops and podium celebrations. The F1 Fanzone in Shanghai is also located directly behind Grandstand A.
Additional benefits of the Champions Club in China include a guided tour of the Formula 1 Paddock. Not only will you get closer to the drivers, teams and media, you’ll also be able to check out one of the most unique F1 Paddocks on the calendar. The team buildings behind the pits are arranged in pavilions around a lake, modelled on the ancient Yu Garden in Shanghai. Guests in the Champions Club will also benefit from special guest appearances by a current or legendary F1 driver and an F1 Executive.
About the Chinese Grand Prix
One of the most state-of-the-art circuits on the calendar, Shanghai International Circuit first hosted the Chinese Grand Prix in 2004. Located on the outskirts of the Shanghai megacity (population 24m+), the circuit staged the historic 1000th Formula 1 race last year, which was marked by a series of special celebrations. Lewis Hamilton is the most successful driver in China, having notched up six wins. Shanghai International Circuit also saw the first wins in Formula 1 for both Red Bull Racing (2009) and Nico Rosberg (2012) and the last Formula 1 win for the great Michael Schumacher in 2006.
F1 Experiences welcomes both private individuals and corporate groups to sample one of the most unique locations on the F1 calendar! Join us in the Champions Club in Shanghai this April!
