EXPLAINED - What is a Guided Track Tour?
A Guided Track Tour is one of the most immersive trackside experiences available at a Grand Prix™, giving fans a driver's perspective of an F1® circuit. Instead of watching from the stands, you take to the track for a full lap aboard a flatbed truck while expert hosts real-time commentary on track history, key overtaking zones, and famous moments from Formula 1® throughout the years.

What Happens on a Guided Track Tour?
Stepping onto the circuit gives you a completely new appreciation for the physical demands of Formula 1®. Aboard a custom flatbed truck, you will trace the exact racing line used by the drivers, feeling every tilt, camber, and surface change that shapes a team's setup strategy. As you travel around the track, your host breaks down the subtle nuances of each sector, explaining where drivers need to trail-brake, how they ride the kerbs, and where the crucial strategic zones begin.

Why Book a Guided Track Tour?
• Gain the Driver's Perspective: Experience the unique characteristics of world-famous circuits up close, from the dramatic elevation changes of Spa-Francorchamps and Circuit of The Americas to the tight, unforgiving walls of Baku.
• Hear Expert Insights: Learn the technical challenges of the circuit directly from Expert Hosts, some of who have tackled the corners themselves.
• Access Unmatched Photo Ops: Capture unique photos and videos from the track surface where access is limited to only a select few
• Spot Your Favorite Driver: Because tours usually occur alongside driver track walks, you may spot F1® drivers and engineers inspecting the circuit.

Timing Your Trackside Experience
Because the track tour is one of the opening events of a Grand Prix™ weekend, it sets the stage for everything you will watch over the following days. As you pass through iconic corner complexes, your guide will point out historic crash sites, legendary late-braking maneuvers, and strategic passing spots. This behind-the-scenes context transforms your view from the grandstands later in the weekend, allowing you to recognize the exact technical challenges drivers face during qualifying and race day.
Schedule & Availability
• Standard Tour Timing: Usually held on Thursday or Friday evenings, often paired with an Exclusive Pit Lane Walk or Championship Trophy Photo op. Tours last 15 to 30 minutes, starting and ending on the Main Straight.
• Paddock Club™ Tours: Scheduled at various times throughout the race weekend. These operate on a first-come, first-served sign-up basis each morning due to limited truck capacity.
