Packages with digital tickets: Champions Club 3-Days, Hero, Starter

Tickets are digital and will be sent to the email address on file with F1® Experiences from ticketing@f1experiences.com starting on Tuesday, 22 April *.

*Ticket delivery is not guaranteed on this date. Please allow several days for tickets to be delivered via email.

Orders Paid by Monday, 21 April:

• Tickets will be emailed by Tuesday, 22 April.

Orders Paid On/After Monday, 21 April:

• Tickets will be emailed upon completion of payment. 

Physical items included in your package: Select your Official Ticket Package under Experience Details below.

Packages Set to Ship:

Orders that include a physical item and are paid in full by Thursday, 1st May, will ship to the mailing address on file via DHL. The latest expected delivery date is Friday, 9th May.

Packages Set for Pick Up: 

Physical packages will be available for pick up in Imola due to one of the following reasons: 

• Onsite pick up was requested 
• Order was paid in full after Thursday, 1st May 
• Order includes one of the following package types: Paddock Club | Oracle Red Bull Racing Club Suite 
• Mailing address is in one of the following countries: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Romania, South Africa and Vietnam 
• PO box is in a country other than Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, or Qatar

Note: Guests who purchased a hotel stay through F1® Experience will be able to collect their physical items from their hotel. More information will be provided the week of the event. 

Alternative Pick Up Guest: 

• In the instance that a guest other than the purchaser of the order is planning to pick up, please follow the steps below: 
• The purchaser must send an email from the email address on file with F1® Experiences to ticketing@f1experiences.com. 
• The email must contain the purchaser’s full name, the alternative guest’s full name, and state that the purchaser is granting permission for the alternative guest to pick up. 
• The full name of the guest collecting onsite must match their photo ID. 
• The alternative guest must bring and show their photo ID before the physical package items are released.   

Location and Hours of Operation will be available closer to the event.

Re-Entry: Re-entry is not allowed.

Currency: The EURO. Credit cards are widely accepted, and ATMs are easy to find. We recommend packing at least a few euros in cash. Tipping is not expected, though leaving a tip of 10% for good service is appreciated.

Language: Italian. Service staff should be able to speak some English. Download the Google Translate app in case of language emergencies.

Power Sockets: Italy uses Types F and L power sockets. We recommend bringing a universal adapter if you are traveling to the race from outside continental Europe.

Weather: May is one of the best months to visit Imola with average temperatures ranging from 12-23°C (54-73°F). Rain is common, so we recommend bringing a waterproof jacket!
